New `/edit_keyword` functionality
Single listener system. Two earlier generations (V1/V2) were removed once confirmed unused; all handlers and database methods are now unsuffixed.
Shop polls are staggered on startup so all monitored stores don't hit their 5-second poll on the same tick, and one malformed shop URL can no longer stop the others.
